From what I can see it didn't even install but I do have the lightburn Icon - just nothing happens when you click on it I don't have another spare Pi 4 to play with and my main one is in a case and boots from an M.2 drive so not so easy to just swap over to Ubuntu to test something out. I just tried to install it on 64-bit RaspberryPi OS and it failed, then I noticed they say only Ubuntu 16+ or Fedora 28+ 64-bit OS's are compatible and others 'May not work as Intended' Lol. The purchase of Lightburn allows two installations correct?

After reading again, I understood you were talking about installing Lightburn. I missed the Lenux instillation the first time reading, the second reading I was assuming you were telling me to install Linux. Sorry, I went back and read your post again. I thought the Pi was running Linux already. Having 2 Pi's one on each end and not needing to change to Octoprint seems very plausible. I mentioned seeing a video where any USB device was plugged into the Pi could be used through WiFi.
